What can this integration do?

Integrating BambooHR with Aboard will mean consistent employee information between the two platforms. With BambooHR acting as the source of truth on employee data, any time you hire a new employee, their information will be automatically ported over to Aboard! Aboard will reference BambooHR for that employee's up to date information, such as their name, role, start date, and who they report to.

How do I integrate this with Aboard?

From your unique Aboard instance, navigate to Settings and look under Integrations. There will be a Connect prompt there which will trigger the integration flow with BambooHR.

To note, you will need Admin access to complete this.
